Returns and Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is sent to you via Email.
Here are certain points to be noted while requesting a refund:
- Accessories are non-refundable.
- Items available for returns (and refunds) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
- Watches that have been worn extensively or having scratches on the bracelet and case do not qualify for exchange or return.
- Travel gear that has been used or having any damages like scratches or rips, damage to fabric and/or visible wear and tear will not qualify for exchange or return.
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive the product.
- In case of watches, the box (both wood and/or board) that the watch originally comes in, should also be intact when it reaches us. If not, the cost of the box will be adjusted from your refund amount. Therefore, you are requested to pack both, the watch and the box securely with bubble wrap.
- The refund will only be processed after the order passes the Quality Check at our facility upon receipt.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or inaccurately delivered. This will enable us to assess the situation and take remedial action within an appropriate time frame.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item, and inform you of the status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be actioned within 10 business days and money will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
